Zelawela Kids is a custom print brand focused on labels, stickers, printables, classroom materials, party paper goods, and other printed products made for children, families, schools, and kid-focused projects.
We built the brand around a simple idea. Print for kids should feel easier to order, easier to understand, and better aligned with the way people actually use it.
Some customers need practical items such as name labels, school labels, or classroom materials. Others need celebration-related products such as birthday printables, thank-you cards, tags, or themed stickers. Others are ordering for small businesses, events, or programs that serve children and families. Zelawela Kids is designed to support all of those needs without becoming vague or overly broad.
What the Brand Is Meant to Do
Zelawela Kids is meant to sit in a very specific space.
It is not a general print site trying to serve everyone at once. It is a brand built around kid-related use cases, where clarity, friendliness, and ease of use matter just as much as the finished product.
That focus helps in a practical way. It shapes the kinds of products the site should offer, the way those products should be explained, and the kind of support customers should expect.
A parent ordering labels does not want to decode a complicated print system. A teacher ordering classroom materials does not want to wade through irrelevant options. A party order should feel manageable, not stressful. A strong kids print brand should understand that from the start.
What We Make
Zelawela Kids is best suited for custom printed products such as labels, stickers, printables, classroom materials, party paper goods, custom cards, signs, tags, and related pieces that support school use, celebrations, organization, and child-focused activities.
We like this lane because it is practical and flexible at the same time. The products may vary, but they all serve a similar world. They help families stay organized, teachers stay prepared, events feel more coordinated, and child-focused brands present themselves more clearly.
Who We Serve
We serve people who need kid-friendly print products that are simple to order and pleasant to use.
That includes parents, teachers, schools, activity leaders, program organizers, party planners, and businesses that create products or experiences for children. Some customers are ordering something small and straightforward. Others are working on a more custom or coordinated project. Both should feel supported.
We do not assume every customer arrives with perfect files or a fully settled plan. Some do. Many do not. A good print experience should make the next step easier either way.
How We Approach the Process
We believe the process matters.
Customers should understand what they are ordering, what information matters, when proofing applies, and what happens before production begins. That kind of clarity reduces mistakes and helps people feel more comfortable placing an order.
We also believe support should be practical. When someone is ordering for school, a party, or a child-related project, they usually do not need more complexity. They need a clearer path from idea to finished product.
That is the experience Zelawela Kids is built to provide.
What We Want the Brand to Feel Like
We want Zelawela Kids to feel friendly, useful, and organized.
Not overly formal. Not cluttered. Not generic.
The brand should feel bright and approachable, but still dependable. It should feel like a place where kid-related print products are handled with care, with clear communication, and with enough structure to make ordering easier.
Why Zelawela Kids Exists
There is room for a print brand that takes kid-focused products seriously without making the whole experience feel heavy or complicated.
Zelawela Kids exists to fill that space.
We want the site to feel easier to use, more aligned with family and classroom needs, and better suited to the kinds of printed products people come back for again and again. If a label, sticker, printable, or paper item helps a school day run more smoothly or helps a celebration feel more complete, that product deserves a clear and thoughtful ordering experience.
How the Journey Began
Do you ever wonder how best to help your children follow their passions and achieve their full potential in today’s complex world? Or how to prepare your kids effectively for life on their own when things are so different from when we were young? When we ask these questions of ourselves, we realize we don’t have forever to pass on the key lessons of life we want to share with our children.
In 2007 after a serious injury when my eldest child Natasha was four, I began asking these questions. What exactly do I need to teach Natasha and Max to help them succeed and be happy in this rapidly changing world? I began to look for resources that would help me teach my children what they would need to know right from young childhood through the teen years when they were getting ready to “launch” into independent, adult life. I wanted comprehensive resources that combined financial skills along with the “human” life skills, like values based goal setting, understanding the power of gratitude and philanthropy, and respecting diversity. I wanted to make sure these family lessons were fun, a wonderful sharing experience, and I knew stories were one of the best ways to learn and create long-term memories.
I couldn’t find the resources I was looking for, so I began an intensive global review of the literature; books, academic studies, articles and interviews. After researching the best practices extensively, I realized somebody needed to synthesize this information into something simple, fun and easy to use. This way kids would have the guidance they needed to reach their full potential in life, and parents and teachers would have a simple framework to use along with the tools they needed in order to be able to teach the skills easily and confidently.
During this time, I had just left my corporate career to spend more time with my young children and within one year my life changed dramatically. I began going through a separation, I experienced a major, debilitating injury, my toddler had health challenges – and then the recession hit! More than ever I wanted to clarify these answers to help my children have the tools they would need for a happy and successful life during both the good times and challenging times. I began to realize that parents all over the world needed the same information I did. One evening I thought, “it could be years before someone develops resources like this, should I do it? Someone has to develop a road map to help us all.”
Thankfully the next morning I got a very clear message. The first thing I saw in writing was a quote from Gandhi: “be the change you want to see in the world.” That was it! I committed there and then to develop resources so families everywhere could help their children learn the skills they need to follow their passions and contribute their incredible natural gifts to society.
While I will always be a “student” looking for leading edge concepts to help our youth succeed in today’s world, I’m thrilled to now share these resources with parents, grandparents, children and organizations globally so we can help our families live a bright and fulfilling future.
We can do it!!
